Key Responsibilities
· Lead verification and validation activities for telematics and connectivity systems, both on test rigs and in vehicle environments
· Define, write, and maintain test cases and plan verification activities
· Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for reported faults and defects
· Own component development across all lifecycle stages, from concept to release
· Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and release standards at each development phase
· Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to guide and review component development
· Actively contribute to an Agile development environment, managing tasks through JIRA
· Support product documentation, version control, and release processes
· Communicate technical status, risks, and issues clearly to cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications
· 8+years of experience in connectivity, telematics, or automotive electronics engineering
· 5+years of experience in verification and validation (V&V) activities
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field
· Hands-on experience with test planning, test case design, and execution
· Solid problem-solving skills with proven experience in root cause analysis
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as JIRA
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3+) and English for technical and business communication
