Key Responsibilities / 主な職務内容

• Hands-on Demand Planning & Inventory Control / 需要予測および在庫管理: Drive demand planning, analyze customer forecasts, and ensure optimized inventory levels in SAP aligned with company targets and customer requirements. 顧客予測に基づく需要予測（Demand Planning）の実行、SAPを用いた社内ベンダー・調達の適正管理、適正在庫の維持・最適化。

• Customer Facing & Production Coordination / 顧客対応および生産調整: Act as the key escalation point for domestic automotive/industrial customers. Coordinate POs, delivery schedules, mass production preparation, and design change arrangements with sales teams. 国内顧客（自動車メーカー等）に対するSCM窓口。営業チームと連携した受注・納期の管理、試作・量産対応、設計変更時の生産調整。

• Team Leadership & Operational Execution / チームマネジメントと業務推進: Manage and mentor a team of 15–20 staff (including temporary workers) to ensure daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment targets are met. 15〜20名規模（派遣社員含む）のチームマネジメント。日々の出荷・受領・注文履行オペレーションの監督および業務サポート。

• Reporting & Global Stakeholder Alignment / グローバル連携とレポート: Work closely with regional Asian logistics/SCM teams and internal suppliers using global SAP standards to optimize order fulfillment. グローバル/アジア域内の物流・サプライチェーンチームと密に連携し、グローバル基準（SAP）に沿ったSCMプロセスの最適化と各種モニタリング・レポート作成。

Required Skills / 必要なスキル

• Hands-on SCM & Demand Planning Experience / 需要予測・生産管理の実務経験: Rich background in demand planning, production control, and customer-facing SCM coordination (Automotive Tier-1 / Industrial / Manufacturing background preferred). 需要予測（Demand Planning）、生産管理、顧客対応を含むSCM実務経験（自動車部品Tier-1、産業機器、製造業での経験者歓迎）。※純粋なロジスティクス/配送専業ではなく、需要予測・生産管理中心の経験を重視します。

• Hands-on Mindset / ハンズオンなスタイル: Willingness and capability to execute daily SCM tasks alongside team members while managing team operations. マネジメント業務のみならず、チームメンバーとともに自ら実務をこなせるハンズオンな姿勢。

• Systems / ITスキル: Proficiency in SAP (mandatory for scheduling agreements/procurement) and advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis. SAPの実務経験（必須）、および高度なExcelデータ分析スキル。

• Team Leadership / マネジメント能力: Demonstrated capability to manage direct reports and temporary workers (10+ staff). 派遣社員を含むチーム（10名〜20名規模）のマネジメントおよび育成経験。

• Languages / 語学力: Native/Business-fluent Japanese (for direct customer interaction) and Business-level English (for cross-border alignment and interviews with regional logistics management). ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（海外拠点・地域物流チームとの折衝・面接対応用）および流暢な日本語力（国内顧客対応用）。
