Job Responsibilities
Review and approve equipment configuration and design processes.
Review and approve equipment-related plans, including disposal, fabrication, and arrangement.
Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans.
Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Manage and purchase measuring instruments, management tools, and equipment.
Procure and arrange factory supplies and materials.
Manage the maintenance of spare parts, equipment, and infrastructure.
Drive productivity improvement initiatives.
Promote and implement automation projects.
Support the review and improvement of material consumption standards.
Inspect and supervise maintenance activities, machinery, and tools.
Develop plans for new production line setups.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar position.
Experience with PLC programming/design, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and related engineering software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Japanese proficiency at conversational level or above (JLPT N3 or higher).
