Supervise and manage the company’s quality structure.
Plan in alignment with company policies and implement to achieve results.
Collaborate and coordinate with all departments to accomplish defined objectives.
Consolidate budgets and oversee departmental and company expenditures.
Support operations in compliance with company standards such as IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
Maintain and control environmental management, 5S activities, and workplace safety.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher, or at least 5 years of direct manufacturing experience.
Fluent in Japanese speaking (JLPT N2)
