About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations, infrastructure management, cloud transformation initiatives, and technology projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT services while supporting business growth through strategic technology planning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall IT operations, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.

• Drive AWS cloud transformation projects, including migration from on-premises environments.

• Oversee network and infrastructure technologies, including firewall, VPN, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Establish and maintain IT governance, security policies, compliance standards, and business continuity plans.

• Manage IT service delivery, incident resolution, and service quality to meet business requirements and SLA targets.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.

• Lead IT projects including system implementation, upgrades, infrastructure enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery.

• Coach and develop IT team members while fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture.

• Prepare operational reports, project updates, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 8-12 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems, or technology management.

• Proven experience leading medium to large-scale IT projects and infrastructure initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, backup and recovery, and Microsoft 365 technologies.

• Good understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management best practices.

• Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
