支店運営および事業全体のマネジメント
新規顧客開拓および既存顧客との関係強化による売上拡大
営業戦略の立案・実行および収益目標の達成
P/L管理、予算策定、予実管理、収益性向上施策の推進
売上・粗利・コスト分析および業績管理
顧客・サプライヤー・取引先との関係構築
営業・オペレーションチームのマネジメントおよび人材育成
採用、評価、オンボーディングなど組織運営全般
新規市場開拓や事業拡大に向けた戦略立案
関連部署と連携した業務改善および顧客満足度向上
学士号保有者歓迎（または同等の学歴・実務経験をお持ちの方）
食品業界、食品卸、食品輸入、または関連業界での営業経験5年以上
マネジメント経験3年以上
売上・収益管理および事業運営の経験
予算管理、財務分析、P/L管理の経験
新規開拓および顧客関係構築の実績
チームマネジメントおよび人材育成経験
高いリーダーシップと問題解決能力
日本語・英語バイリンガル
運転免許必須
