Job Description
ERP/EDIシステムの活用、業務改善、部門横断的な連携を通じてオペレーションの最適化を推進し、高品質なサービスの提供、コスト削減、そして将来の成長に対応できるサプライチェーン体制の構築をリードしていただきます。
- 事業成長およびオペレーション拡大を支えるため、物流・サプライチェーン戦略の立案および実行をリードする。
在庫管理、輸送管理、倉庫運営、受注・出荷業務、配送業務を含むサプライチェーン全体の運営を統括する。
高い顧客サービスレベルを維持しながら、適正在庫の管理、輸送効率の向上、および物流コストの最適化を推進する。
運送会社、通関業者、倉庫事業者、3PL（サードパーティ・ロジスティクス）企業との関係構築およびマネジメントを行う。
ERP／EDIシステムの導入、統合、業務自動化プロジェクトを推進する。
データ分析、KPI、および各種レポートを活用し、業務パフォーマンスの改善と戦略的意思決定を支援する。
継続的改善活動を主導し、業務プロセスの標準化および拡張性の高いSOP（標準業務手順書）の整備を行う。
部門予算を管理し、物流およびサプライチェーン領域におけるコスト削減施策を立案・実行する。
物流チームの育成・指導を行うとともに、高い成果を生み出す協力的な組織文化の醸成を推進する。
サプライチェーン、物流、ビジネス関連の学位、または同等の実務経験
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル
サプライチェーン／物流／オペレーション領域で10年以上の経験およびマネジメント経験
在庫管理、輸送、倉庫運営、ERP・EDIシステムの経験
食品、CPG、消費財、小売業界経験者歓迎
高いリーダーシップ能力、分析力、業務改善経験
