Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-
Execute Corporate Advisory and M&A transactions, including M&A, Joint Ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Support deal origination and business development with internal stakeholders.
Advise clients on transaction structuring, valuation, and strategic options.
Manage end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and documentation.
Prepare client materials and coordinate with clients, investors, advisors, and internal teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA/CPA is an added advantage.
6- 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory, Investment Banking, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of M&A transactions, deal structuring, financial analysis, and cross-border transactions.
Proven transaction execution, stakeholder management, and financial modelling/presentation skills with strong analytical capabilities.
