Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, calibrate, and test automation equipment at customer sites.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations.

• Perform spare parts replacement, machine servicing, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Provide routine technical support and on-site production assistance to customers.

• Monitor equipment performance and prepare timely service reports and technical feedback.

• Ensure all service activities are conducted in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive and professional support.

• Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Factory Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical support.

• Exposure to automation equipment or industrial machinery is preferred.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical drawings.

• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

• Familiarity with automation systems and equipment.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.

• Willing to travel and support customers on-site when required.
