This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR Operations professional who enjoys managing the full employee lifecycle while driving operational excellence. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and leverage HR data to support business decisions.Client Details

HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding
- Oversee attendance management and leave administration processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Partner closely with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal teams
- Act as a key contact point for employee HR-related enquiries
Process Improvement
- Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows
- Drive standardisation initiatives across HR processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Japanese labour regulations
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain HR data integrity across HR systems
- Analyse workforce, attendance, and leave-related data
- Produce reports and insights to support business leaders
- Monitor and track operational HR metrics
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of HR Operations experience
- Strong experience managing employee lifecycle processes
- Hands-on knowledge of attendance and leave administration
- Good understanding of Japanese labour law and HR compliance
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems
- Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical capabilities
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience within multinational or large-scale organisations preferred
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English required
- Chinese language skills would be advantageous
