プロジェクトマネージャーとして、金融サービス業界でテクノロジー部門のプロジェクトを管理し、スムーズな実行を推進する役割を担います。

- プロジェクトの進行状況をモニタリングし、スケジュールや目標達成を確保する

- リスクを特定し、適切な解決策を提案する
- プロジェクトの成果を分析し、関係者に報告する
- プロジェクトの進捗や課題を関係者と共有し、調整を行う
- 必要に応じてプロセス改善の提案を行う
