Description
- Collaborate with PDM, PJM, and stakeholders for specification understanding.
- Clarify functional/non-functional requirements and offer alternative solutions.
- Lead backend development teams, ensuring coding standards and design reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and introduce CI/CD, test automations, and DevOps.
