- 日本における給与計算・福利厚生業務を中心に、人事オペレーション全般を担当
- 給与ベンダー、Finance、外部コンサルタントと連携したペイロール管理
- 入社・退社手続きおよび従業員データ管理などの人事アドミニストレーション業務
- 採用活動やパフォーマンスレビュー運営など、人事施策のサポート
- APACチームと協働し、労務・コンプライアンス対応や従業員エンゲージメント施策を推進
