職務内容
- 外部ベンダーと連携した給与計算業務の管理
- 給与・賞与・各種支払いの処理および確認
- 月次ペイロールデータのチェックと修正
- 従業員からの給与関連問い合わせ対応
- 人事、経理および関連部門との連携
- 給与関連資料やレポートの作成・管理
- 各種規程やコンプライアンスに沿った業務運営
条件・待遇
- 東京都心オフィス勤務
- 入社後1か月程度を目安に週1〜2日のハイブリッド勤務可能
