主な責任:

• F&B部門の収益と予算を管理する
• 終日ダイニングとルームサービスの運営を監督する
• レストランとアシスタントマネージャーを管理する
• VIPおよびブランドゲストとのやり取りを処理する
• ゼネラルマネージャーに直接報告する

要件:

• レストランまたはF&Bマネージャーとしての経験（必須）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語能力（必須）
• ビジネスレベルの英語能力（望ましいが必須ではない）
• 収益および予算管理の経験（必須）
• イタリア料理または終日ダイニングの理解（望ましいが必須ではない）
• ホテルのF&B業務の経験（望ましいが必須ではない）
• 長野、日本への転居またはその近くに居住する意欲
