- ロジスティクスおよび倉庫運営の最適化と効率化を推進する
- 在庫管理のモニタリングと改善策の提案
- サプライチェーンの各部門との連携を強化し、スムーズな物流を実現する
- KPIの設定と達成状況の分析を行い、業務改善に反映する
- 外部パートナーやサプライヤーとの協力関係を構築・維持する
- ロジスティクスプロセスの課題を特定し、解決策を実行する
- 法令遵守および安全基準の維持
- 部門横断的なプロジェクトのサポートおよびリード
