職務内容
- グローバル標準テンプレート導入に向けたワークショップの運営・調整
- 現行業務と標準プロセスのギャップ分析および課題管理
- 結合テスト・UATなどのテスト計画および実行支援
- 在庫・受注・倉庫マスターデータなどの移行検証
- エンドユーザー向けトレーニングの企画・実施
- チェンジマネジメント活動の推進
- カットオーバー計画立案および本番稼働支援
- ハイパーケア期間の運営およびBAUへの移行支援
- 物流委託先、輸送事業者、通関関連パートナーとの連携
- 業務部門および国内外プロジェクト関係者との調整・進捗管理
