東京に拠点を置く世界有数の法人旅行代理店である当社のクライアントは、チームに加わるアカウントマネージャーを募集しています。この役割は、ホスピタリティ管理セクター内で主要なクライアント関係を管理し、収益成長を促進する機会を提供します。中央東京の中心部で、競争力のある500万から700万 JPYの給与、ハイブリッドワークの設定、シフト勤務なしをお楽しみください。
主な責任:
- クライアント関係を管理して旅行プログラムの収益性を最適化する
- クライアントの目標を達成するためのパートナーシップ計画を策定する
- クライアントの方針とトレーニングのコミュニケーションを調整する
- 収益を増加させるための新しいサービスを提案する
- クライアントの旅行プログラムのパフォーマンスを定期的にレビューする
- 危機管理とリスク報告をサポートする
- 旅行プログラムの内部コミュニケーションを管理する
要件:
- 旅行業界での豊富なクライアント/アカウント関係管理経験
- 英語に堪能で、日本語がネイティブまたは流暢であること（必須）
- 優れた交渉能力
- 強力なプレゼンテーションスキル
- 強力なコンピュータリテラシー: MS Officeソフトウェア
- B2Bセールスの経験があると望ましいが必須ではない
- 旅行管理ツールの経験があると望ましいが必須ではない
