- 技術的な問題のトラブルシューティングおよび解決をサポートする
- 新しいインフラシステムの導入および改善を推進する

- セキュリティリスクのモニタリングおよび対策を実施する
- システムのパフォーマンスを分析し、必要な改善案を反映する
- ベンダーとの連携を通じて、適切なソリューションを選定・導入する
