- システムの導入・運用・保守を管理する
- 部門横断的なITプロジェクトをリードする
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの調整や協力を行う
- セキュリティ対策を強化し、情報保護を徹底する
- ITインフラのモニタリングと問題解決を行う
- 新しい技術やツールの導入を検討し、業務効率化を図る
- チームのマネジメントとスキルアップを支援する
