HR Business Partnering- Partner closely with plant leadership and key stakeholders
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to a large manufacturing workforce
- Support workforce planning, organisational development, and talent initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and employee relations activities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations for the site
- Support labour management matters and manufacturing workforce challenges
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and offboarding activities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and HR best practices
- Lead and develop a small HR team
- Coach and support HR staff and employee wellbeing functions
- Collaborate with other HR leaders across the organisation
- Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership
- Partner with regional HR leadership and broader HR teams
- Support local and global HR initiatives and projects
