Key Responsibilities:


- Provide legal services for securities services
- Provide legal services for commercial cards
- Advise on compliance with Japanese financial regulations
- Collaborate with international legal teams
- Draft and review legal documents for financial transactions


- 証券サービスおよび法人カードに関する法務サービスの提供
- 日本の金融規制に関するコンプライアンスの助言
- 国際的な法務チームとの協力
- 金融取引に関する法務文書の作成およびレビュー



Qualifications:


- Admitted to practice law in Japan (Bengoshi)
- 5+ years of financial law experience in financial services
- Japanese (native level) and English (business level) proficiency
- Experience with securities services and commercial cards is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with international finance regulations is preferred but not mandatory


- 日本で弁護士資格を有する方
- 金融サービスにおける5年以上の法務経験
- 日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（ビジネスレベル）のプロフィシェンシー
- 証券サービスおよび法人カードに関する経験があれば尚可
- 国際金融規制に関する知識があれば尚可
