Key Responsibilities:


- Draft and review Japanese and English contracts
- Manage shareholder and board meetings
- Develop and implement compliance programs
- Conduct legal and regulatory investigations
- Provide legal consultation services
- Handle internal disputes and whistleblowing cases


- 契約書の作成・レビュー（日本語・英語）
- 株主総会および取締役会の運営
- コンプライアンスプログラムの開発・実施
- 法務および規制に関する調査
- 法務相談業務の提供
- 内部紛争および内部告発案件の対応



Qualifications:


- 3+ years of practical experience in legal
- JLPT N1 Japanese fluency
- Fluent English proficiency
- Must live and work in Japan
- Experience with Japanese and English contract law
- Experience in corporate legal affairs management
- Experience in compliance management
- Experience in legal and regulatory investigations


- 3年以上の法務実務経験
- 日本語能力試験N1レベルの日本語力
- 流暢な英語能力
- 日本国内での就業および居住が可能
- 日本法および英米法における契約法の経験
- 企業法務管理の経験
- コンプライアンス管理の経験
- 法務および規制調査の経験
