Company Overview
JAC's client, a Vietnamese industrial park and real estate development company, is looking for a Senior Legal Staff.
• Location: Dong Nai City, shuttle bus from HCMC provided
Job Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts and legal documents.
Ensure legal compliance and maintain internal policies, regulations, and contract systems.
Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations and projects.
Provide legal support for strategic projects, investments, and M&A transactions.
Advise management on legal matters and support cross-functional legal issues.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law; Lawyer Certification is preferred.
6–8 years of legal experience in corporate legal or law firms.
Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, investment, and contract law.
Experience in real estate, industrial parks, infrastructure, construction, energy, M&A, or investment projects.
Strong analytical, legal drafting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English communication and legal documentation.
