Company Overview

JAC's client, a Vietnamese industrial park and real estate development company, is looking for a Senior Legal Staff. 

• Location: Dong Nai City, shuttle bus from HCMC provided

Job Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts and legal documents.

• Ensure legal compliance and maintain internal policies, regulations, and contract systems.

• Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations and projects.

• Provide legal support for strategic projects, investments, and M&A transactions.

• Advise management on legal matters and support cross-functional legal issues.

Job requirements​‌

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Lawyer Certification is preferred.

• 6–8 years of legal experience in corporate legal or law firms.

• Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, investment, and contract law.

• Experience in real estate, industrial parks, infrastructure, construction, energy, M&A, or investment projects.

• Strong analytical, legal drafting, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English communication and legal documentation.
