Job Responsibilities

• Purchase food products and ingredients from local and overseas suppliers.

• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate prices and terms.

• Coordinate import and local logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.

• Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and market pricing.

• Ensure all products meet food safety and company standards.

• Research new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.

• Provide market and product information to management.
   

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in food purchasing, procurement, or sourcing.

• Experience in restaurant chains, food import/export, or food distribution businesses.

• Strong knowledge of local logistics and imported food supply chains.

• Good understanding of food ingredients and food industry standards.

• Experience sourcing seafood products is highly preferred.

• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Able to work independently and take initiative.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Basic English communication skills for business coordination.
