Now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as Patent Associate (Workplace around BTS Saphan Taksin, Bangkok)

Position:         Patent Associate

Location:        BTS Saphan Taksin

Business:        Law firm

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Handle overall loops in Patent tasks, patent prosecution, client advisory & strategic guidance, IP litigation support.

• Manage the full patent prosecution lifecycle, including reviewing and responding to office actions issued by the Thai Patent Office. 

• Prepare well-founded technical and legal arguments to address examiner objections and advance patent applications toward grant.

• Provide clients with comprehensive advice on patent-related technical and legal matters. 

• Develop tailored intellectual property strategies and deliver formal legal opinions to support business and innovation objectives.

• Partner with attorneys and legal teams by offering technical analysis, patent expertise, and strategic support in intellectual property disputes, enforcement actions, and litigation proceedings.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• The salary range around  30,000 – 60,000  THB

• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or any related field.

• Knowledge or practical experience in Patent Law and prosecution.

• Experience with patent database searches, drafting patent and petty patent applications, and understanding relevant documentation.

• Ability to communicate in English with foreign.

• Having TOEIC score to guarantee English skill will be advantage 

• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.

• Able to travel to work around BTS Saphan Taksin, Bangkok.
