Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring smooth coordination across all functions.
Supervise, coach, and develop restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Deliver excellent customer service by handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Drive sales performance and profitability through effective inventory control, cost management, and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies as well as food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence to maintain brand standards.
Prepare operational reports, manage administrative tasks, and support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory planning.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service operations.
At least 2 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Basic financial and inventory management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
