職務概要
日系法人顧客向け融資案件における与信分析および社内承認プロセスを担当いただくポジションです。
リレーションシップマネージャーと協力しながら、顧客の信用力評価、内部格付の付与、クレジット申請書の作成、既存ポートフォリオの管理・分析などを通じて、健全な融資運営を支えていただきます。
職務内容
融資案件に関する与信分析（財務分析［BS・PL・CF］、業界分析、事業リスク評価を含む）
内部格付の付与および定期的な見直し
クレジット申請書（Credit Application Memo）の作成および社内承認プロセスの推進
既存取引先に対する定期的な与信レビューおよび業績分析
本店およびリスク管理部門との連携、案件説明および状況報告
社内与信方針およびリスク管理フレームワークの遵守支援
リレーションシップマネージャー等フロントオフィス部門への与信面からの提言
（必要に応じて案件ストラクチャリングに関する助言を含む）
応募資格
銀行または金融機関での実務経験3年以上
財務諸表分析（貸借対照表、損益計算書、キャッシュフロー計算書）に関する知識
ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）
ビジネスレベルの日本語力
（ネイティブまたはそれに準ずるレベル歓迎）
高い分析力および論理的思考力
社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
歓迎要件
法人融資（Corporate Banking）での経験
日系企業および日本のビジネス文化への理解
内部格付モデルや与信ポリシーに関する知識
米国市場および規制環境に関する知識
CPA、CFA、FRM等の資格保有者

勤務形態 ハイブリッド勤務（週2日オフィス勤務 ）
給与
Associate：年収 USD 100,000 +ボーナス
Officer：年収 USD 100,000～120,000 +ボーナス
