このポジションでは、自動車向け新規製品の北米市場展開を推進し、新規顧客開拓と事業拡大を担っていただきます。自動車メーカーやOEM、サプライヤーとの関係構築を通じて、新たなビジネス機会の創出および長期的な顧客基盤の構築を推進します。
職務内容
北米市場向けの営業戦略・事業開発戦略の立案および実行
自動車メーカー、OEM、Tierサプライヤーなどへの新規営業活動
顧客ニーズや開発計画を把握した上での提案活動
製品提案、サンプル対応、受注活動、生産調整、アフターフォロー
顧客の購買・品質・研究開発・デザイン・物流部門との連携
製品導入・試作段階から量産・納品までのプロジェクトサポート
展示会参加、市場調査、新規顧客開拓活動
自動車業界の市場動向や技術トレンドの分析
営業資料、見積書、契約書、市場調査資料等の作成
応募資格
学士号（経営学または関連する工学分野）または同等の実務経験
ビジネスレベルの日本語力
材料技術、自動車内装・外装関連、自動車OEM業界等での営業または事業開発経験5年以上
営業・マーケティング戦略の立案・実行経験
高いコミュニケーション能力および顧客関係構築能力
日本との時差対応が可能な方
出張および運転対応が可能な方
基本的なPCスキル
勤務地 ミシガン州デトロイト近郊（ハイブリッド勤務）
給与 USD100,000-150,000
