A multinational healthcare company is seeking a Project Manager (Pharmacy Background) to lead a strategic digital health initiative in Indonesia. The role focuses on regulatory interface, market access, and collaboration with the Ministry of Health, healthcare providers, and global teams to ensure smooth market entry and compliance.
Qualifications
Digital Prescription Systems: Hands‑on experience with digital pharmacy prescription systems used across Indonesia (public and private).
Drug Administration Knowledge: Strong knowledge of BPOM/Kemenkes regulations and the registered drug lists across the country.
Scientific Contribution: Proven track record in publishing research articles or academic journals; peer‑reviewed publications are highly preferred.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL queries. Experience with Python/AI and predictive analytics is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Regulatory & Market Access Liaison: Act as the primary contact with the Indonesian Ministry of Health and healthcare providers, ensuring compliance and enabling smooth market access.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and IT teams to deliver the project successfully, on time, and to the highest professional standards.
Project Leadership: Lead the project locally in Indonesia, represent the organization professionally, and oversee day‑to‑day activities.
Domain Expertise: Provide knowledge of pharmacy sciences, medications prescribed in Indonesia (Western and Traditional), and digital prescription systems used across public and private sectors.
Communication Management: Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication between Indonesian stakeholders and global teams, ensuring no gaps or misunderstandings.
Data & Analytics: Apply analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) to monitor outcomes, generate insights, and support decision‑making.
