- 全社プロダクトロードマップの策定・運営
- 大規模プロジェクトの推進
- PMO業務全般
- 経営層向けレポーティング
- プロジェクト進捗・課題管理
- 開発プロセス改善
- Jira・Confluenceなどの標準化推進
- グループ会社との連携調整
- 組織横断プロジェクト推進
- AI活用・業務改善施策の推進
