日本国内の全社員を対象とした学習・能力開発施策をリードし、事業戦略と連動した人材育成の仕組みづくりを推進するポジションです。グローバルチームと密接に連携しながら、日本市場に適した学習プログラムの企画・設計・実行・効果測定までを一貫して担当します。

職務内容
- 日本のビジネスリーダーやHRチームと連携し、事業戦略や組織課題に沿った人材開発施策を企画・推進
- 対面研修・オンライン研修・Eラーニングを組み合わせた学習プログラムの設計・運営
- 日本語・英語での研修実施およびグローバル教材のローカライズを通じて学習機会を提供
- グローバル人材開発チームや外部ベンダーと協働し、日本向け学習フレームワークの展開と品質管理を担当
