• 2-3+ years of creative experience within an experiential marketing, advertising, branding, or marketing agency environment.
• Background in Art Direction or Copywriting, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to develop and pitch ideas to both internal teams and clients.
• Fluent level of English and Business level of Japanese, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
