全国のオフィス拠点に導入されているAV設備、IP電話などのITサービスの安定運用と継続的な改善をリードするポジションです。社内関係部署やベンダーと連携しながら、サービス品質向上や新しいテクノロジー導入を推進していただきます。

- 全国拠点のAV設備、印刷環境、IP電話、などの運用管理および改善提案
- 会議室・イベントスペース・共有ラウンジにおけるAVサービスの安定運用とインシデント対応
- ベンダーおよび外部パートナーの管理、業務品質向上に向けた折衝や調整
- サービス運用プロセスや手順書の整備を通じた運用品質の向上

- AV設備（ディスプレイ、プロジェクター、音響機器、DSP等）の構築・運用経験をお持ちの方
- ITサービス運用やサポート組織においてリーダー経験をお持ちの方
- TCP/IPやLAN/WANなどネットワークの基礎知識をお持ちの方
- エンドユーザーや非技術部門との円滑なコミュニケーションができる方
