• 日本市場における事業開発および戦略プロジェクトを支援する。
• 海外ポートフォリオ企業と日本企業とのビジネスマッチングを推進する。
• 投資案件のソーシング、調査、分析および投資関連資料の作成を担当する。
• 資金調達、投資家対応、ポートフォリオマネジメントおよびファンド運営をサポートする。
• 米国およびアジアのグローバルチームと連携し、クロスボーダープロジェクトや東京オフィスの運営を支援する。

Join the Japan office of a leading U.S.-based Venture Capital firm as a Business Development Officer, where you will play a key role in driving business development, investment activities, and portfolio support across the Japanese market. Working closely with global teams in the U.S. and Asia, you will contribute to cross-border investment projects, strategic partnerships, and business expansion initiatives while supporting the firm's growing presence in Japan.

• Support business development initiatives and strategic projects across the Japanese market.
• Develop business partnerships between overseas portfolio companies and Japanese corporations.
• Source, research, analyze, and evaluate investment opportunities while preparing investment-related materials and presentations.
• Assist with fundraising activities, investor relations, portfolio management, and fund operations.
• Collaborate with global teams across the U.S. and Asia to deliver cross-border investment and strategic business projects.
• Support the day-to-day operations and continued growth of the Tokyo office.
• Build strong relationships with investors, portfolio companies, and strategic business partners.
• Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities within the FinTech, AI, and Enterprise Software sectors.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 投資銀行、コーポレートファイナンス、トランザクションサービス、FAS、アセットマネジメント、ベンチャーキャピタル、または関連する金融業界における2〜5年程度の実務経験を有する方。
• コーポレートファイナンスおよび金融市場に関する知識を有する方。
• ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語力を有する方。
• 顧客対応業務、ベンチャーキャピタル、プライベートエクイティ、アセットマネジメント、またはファンド運営の経験を有する方は歓迎。
• フィンテック、AI、エンタープライズソフトウェアなどのテクノロジー分野に関心を有する方。

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Financial Advisory Services (FAS), Asset Management, Venture Capital, or another related financial services field.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, and financial markets.
• Experience in client-facing roles within Venture Capital, Private Equity, Asset Management, Fund Operations, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Interest in FinTech, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Enterprise Software, or other emerging technology sectors.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
