• 月次・四半期・年次の連結決算および財務報告をリード
• 日本、EMEA、欧州のファイナンスチームと連携し、規制当局向けレポーティングを実施
• 会計方針、内部統制、財務報告プロセスの構築・改善を推進
• 新規事業や複雑な会計処理に関するアドバイスを行い、社内ステークホルダーと協業
• 外部監査法人との監査対応、勘定照合、各種財務関連資料の作成・管理

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller Manager to join a dynamic financial services firm offering trading, asset management, and venture investment services. Based in Tokyo, this role provides the opportunity to lead financial reporting and regulatory compliance while partnering with finance teams across EMEA and Europe. You will play a key role in strengthening financial controls, supporting business growth, and driving best practices within a collaborative international environment.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation and financial reporting activities.
• Collaborate with finance teams across Japan, EMEA, and Europe to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting.
• Develop and enhance accounting policies, internal financial controls, and reporting processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support new business initiatives and provide guidance on complex accounting matters.
• Coordinate financial audits, reconciliations, and documentation with external auditors and cross-functional teams.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融業界における財務・経理・ファイナンシャルコントロールの実務経験5年以上
• 連結決算、財務報告、規制当局向けレポーティングの実務経験
• 会計基準、財務管理、内部統制に関する知識と実務経験

• 高い分析力と論理的思考力
• 優れたリーダーシップとプロジェクト推進力
• 国内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
• 複数の業務を優先順位をつけながら遂行できるマネジメント能力

• 日本語: ビジネスレベル
• 英語: ビジネスレベル

• 投資銀行、キャピタルマーケット、またはデジタルアセット業界での実務経験
• 複数法人・海外拠点を含む連結決算の経験
• 財務プロセス改善やファイナンス変革プロジェクトの経験

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial control within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience leading financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and group consolidation activities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills in a multicultural business environment.

• Japanese: Business-level proficiency.
• English: Business-level proficiency.

• Experience within investment banking, capital markets, or digital assets.
• Experience supporting group consolidation across multiple legal entities or regions.
• Exposure to financial transformation or process improvement initiatives.
