職務内容
- 採用業務を中心に、中途採用・新卒採用・学生向けプログラムの企画運営を担当
- APACチームと連携し、採用イベントやキャリアフェアの企画・運営を推進
- Workdayを活用した採用プロセス管理、ダイレクトソーシング、エージェントマネジメント
- 入退社手続き、人事データ管理、福利厚生運営などHRオペレーション全般を担当
- ビザ対応、各種人事書類作成、コンプライアンス業務など幅広い人事業務に携わる
