【主な業務内容】
・弊社の技術基盤である化合物ライブラリーおよび化合物データベースの統括管理・運用
・創薬研究を支える基盤として、化合物情報や関連データの標準化およびガバナンスの確立
・データ基盤技術（KNIME、Python、PosgreSQL等）を用いた、データ処理や業務自動化の推進
・関連する創薬ITシステムの管理・継続的改善
・社内関係者や外部ベンダーを含むプロジェクトマネジメント・調整業務

Required Skills
【必要要件】
・製薬企業などの事業体において、化合物管理及び化合物データベースの構築・運用経験
・化合物管理プロセス全般（登録、在庫、データ連携等）に対する実務およびプロセス理解
・ KNIME、Python、PosgreSQL等を用いたデータ処理・業務自動化の実務経験
・化合物及び化学構造式に関する深い理解
・創薬プロセス（合成、薬理評価、ADMET評価など）に関する実務的理解
【＋αの歓迎要件（必須ではありません）】
・メディシナルケミスト及びプロジェクトリーダーとしての創薬研究経験
・ケモインフォマティクス領域における実務経験
・ITインフラやネットワークに関する知識
【前提となる要件】
・関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションを取り、業務推進できる能力
・業務の優先順位付けおよび効率的なタイムマネジメント能力
・ 不確実な環境においても主体的に課題を設定し、解決に導くことができる能力
