新規事業製品におけるフィールドサービス業務全般をご担当いただきます。
＜主な業務＞
海外子会社・販社・エンドユーザーへの技術サポート
現地で発生した不具合・初期トラブルの情報収集および本社へのフィードバック
現場で解決困難なトラブル・クレームへの対応
顧客満足度および売上向上に向けた改善提案・施策実行
＜その他＞
海外出張あり（年10回前後／1回あたり1～2週間程度／訪問先：世界各国）

Required Skills
【必須】
・産業用プリンタや精密機械製品のフィールドサービス実務経験
・英語での業務コミュニケーション能力（目安：TOEIC700点以上、もしくは同等のスキル）
【歓迎】
・品質改善や初期流動対応の経験（開発・製造・品証との連携含む）
・PC・ネットワークに関する基礎知識
・Illustrator等のソフト使用経験
・海外駐在経験
