Silicon Photonics Application Development Engineer

This opportunity is for an application development engineer at an industry solution team in Electronic Industry Solutions Group which is responsible team for delivering manufacturing solutions to semiconductor industry. The application development engineer will be in charge of contributing to business growth by mainly developing and support application for SiPh solution for customers world wide.

・Collaborate closely with field solution engineers and internal development teams to address customer challenges using deep technical expertise and product knowledge
・Plan and execute application support for new SiPh solutions and enhancements to existing offerings
・Develop and deliver technical training to field engineers and sales teams
・Act as a bridge between customers and R D by gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement of the solution portfolio

・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering （or equivalent）
・Minimum 5 years of experience in the test measurement semiconductor or electronics industry
・Hands on experience with electrical measurement techniques and tools
・Strong communication and presentation skills in English （both written and verbal）
・Business level proficiency in Japanese （equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher）
・Proven ability to manage projects and execute plans effectively
・A proactive solution oriented mindset with a passion for customer success
・Global experience or exposure to international customers is a strong plus
・光測定（Tunable laser source Polarization Synthesizer Power meter Optical switchなどの計測器）の経験があれば望ましい
