外資系企業の日本子会社における管理部門責任者として、親会社CFOへのレポートラインを持ちながら子会社内の経理・人事・総務を統括するポジションです。
【業務内容】
〈対親会社〉
・財務レポーティング（月次・四半期・年次）
・年次予算策定、予実管理、差異分析
・親会社管理部門（経理・財務・人事等）からの問い合わせ対応
〈子会社内業務〉
・管理部門（経理・人事労務・総務・法務）の統括・マネジメント
・年次決算（単体・連結パッケージ作成）
・法人税・消費税等の税務申告対応（税理士との連携）
・年次監査対応（監査法人との折衝・資料準備）
・人事労務全般（採用、評価制度運用、労務コンプライアンス、就業規則改定等）
・一部業務システムの管理・運用（会計システム、ワークフローシステム等）

・決算・税務申告・監査対応の実務経験
