■Summary of Position:
This position plays a key role in driving financial planning business performance and strategic decision making across the organization. Depending on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications this role may take ownership of key FP A processes partner closely with senior business leaders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

■Key Responsibilities:
・Serve as a trusted finance business partner to senior business leaders providing financial insights and influencing strategic decisions.
・Own and lead the annual budgeting rolling forecast and long range planning processes.
・Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
・Analyze financial and operational performance identifying risks opportunities and actionable recommendations.
・Drive business performance through financial analysis BI reporting KPI development and actionable insights.
・Monitor profitability working capital and cash flow to support sustainable business growth.
・Partner with department heads to optimize operating expenses improve productivity and identify cost saving initiatives.
・Present financial reviews and business performance updates to senior stakeholders
・Lead continuous improvement initiatives across FP A processes reporting systems and planning methodologies.
・Lead business cases investment evaluations and cross functional strategic initiatives.

■Experience
5+ years of experience in FP A Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis.

■Knowledge Skills and Attributes
・Demonstrated experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes with strong business partnering capabilities.
・Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong commercial acumen.
・Advanced Excel skills （Power Query is a plus） and experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI.
・Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Japanese.
・Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions.
・Experience in retail luxury consumer goods or inventory intensive businesses is highly preferred.
・Professional accounting or finance qualification （CPA CMA CFA etc.） is an advantage.
