■職務目的
コンプライアンス部門において、当社のガバナンスおよび法令遵守体制の維持・高度化を推進する役割を担う。
事業部門と連携しながら、関連法規の遵守を確保し、リスクの未然防止および適切な対応を通じて、当社の企業価値の維持・向上に貢献する。
■職責
・保険業法・保険法等の関連法規に基づくコンプライアンス体制の運用・高度化
・各事業部門へのコンプライアンス助言および各種施策の企画・推進
・不祥事件等への対応および再発防止策の立案・実施
・社内教育・研修等を通じたコンプライアンス意識の向上
・当局対応や各種報告資料の作成・提出
・新技術（データ・AI等）を活用したリスク検知・業務改善支援

・将来的にマネジメントポジションを担うポテンシャル
【業務経験】
・損害保険業界における実務経験（目安5年以上）
・コンプライアンス関連業務の経験があれば尚可
