半導体向けフォトマスク洗浄装置および化学プロセス装置の、ハードウェア生産オペレーション全体を統括する経験豊富な Operations Manager を募集します。
本ポジションは、生産計画から顧客への納品まで、製造ライフサイクル全体のマネジメントを担います。R D、委託製造先、サプライヤー、物流パートナー、データ検証チームと密接に連携しながら、オペレーションの最適化、納期遵守、品質向上、および顧客満足度の向上を推進していただきます。

Required Skills
■必須要件
・大型装置、機械設備、または産業機器メーカーにおける生産管理、製造オペレーション、オペレーションマネジメント、もしくはサプライチェーンマネジメントの実務経験
・コスト、納期、品質、サービスレベルに関するサプライヤーマネジメントおよび交渉経験
・複数の関係者を巻き込むプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・BOM（部品表）およびMRP（資材所要量計画）システムに関する知識
・物流、倉庫管理、在庫管理、およびサプライチェーンオペレーションに関する知識
・コスト管理、予算管理、支払管理等を含む財務・会計の知識
・グローバルなマトリクス組織において、多様な部門と連携できる能力
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み・書き・会話）
