• 各種商業契約書のレビュー、ドラフト作成、交渉業務
• 社内各部門に対する契約・商取引に関する法務アドバイスの提供

• Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements supporting business operations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide practical legal advice on commercial and day-to-day legal matters.

• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments impacting the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Collaborate with senior legal counsel on strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Contribute to legal training initiatives and continuously improve internal legal processes.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 法律事務所または企業法務部門で2〜5年程度の実務経験
• 商業契約書のレビュー・作成・契約交渉の経験
• 企業法務、コンプライアンス、または商取引法務の実務経験
• 学士号以上を有する方
• 企業法務業務および契約実務に関する知識
• 法務リサーチツールや企業法務プロセスの実務経験があれば歓迎

• 日本の医療関連法規や独占禁止法に関する知識
• 外資系企業や英語を使用するビジネス環境での勤務経験

• Approximately 2-5 years of experience within a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience supporting corporate legal, compliance, or commercial matters.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Strong understanding of commercial legal principles and legal documentation.
• Experience using legal research tools and working within corporate legal processes is advantageous.

• English: Business level, with confidence in reading, drafting, and negotiating legal documents.

• Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• Knowledge of Japanese healthcare regulations or competition law.
• Experience working in an international or English-speaking business environment.
