【仕事内容】：
1. 顧客サービスのニーズと問題を収集し、部門等にフィードバックし、ニーズと問題解決のための実施を推進する。
2. サービス製品とプロジェクトの情報を整理し、定期的に上司に仕事の進捗状況を報告する
3. 指示のもと、簡単な販売の機器の説明、見積、SCO回答、リレーションシップ構築のサポートを担当。
4. 顧客やパートナーに対する日々のコミュニケーションとプレゼンテーション。
