〇経営戦略・中期経営計画の策定と実行支援・市場変化に即応した、社業の競争力を高める各種戦略の立案・各事業部門・営業部門の意思決定サポート、および戦略実行力の定着・伴走支援
〇経営資源の最適配分と戦略策定・経営戦略と連動した人事戦略の策定・M&Aやアライアンスを含む、投資戦略の策定・実行・ 資本効率の最大化、シナジー創出を目的とした財務戦略の策定
〇組織マネジメント・メンバー育成、およびマネジメント
