Job Description
・クライアント先常駐チームの仕様要件に基づき、リードタイムと品質を考慮した上で最も競争
力のある価格を提供するサプライヤーの選定及び提案
・サプライヤー見積書取得と内容精査
・サプライヤー業務委託契約書の締結
・対サプライヤー価格交渉の実施
・ERP システム（Microsoft Navision）を用いた発注書の作成、及び、管理業務
・文章管理業務（契約書、注文書、価格表、請求書などを適切に保管）
・マスターサプライヤーリストの管理、及び、アップデート
・新規のサプライヤー開拓
・既存のサプライヤー・パフォーマンスレビューの実施
・既存のサプライヤー・アシュアランスチェックの実施
・国内外入札、及び、応札対応の実施
・サプライヤー・ベンチマーキングの実施
・社内監査対応
・グローバルチームとのミーティング対応
・クライアント先常駐チームとの連携、及び、週次定例ミーティングの実施
・日本法人のGeneral Manager へのレポーティング

Required Skills
・ビジネス英会話中級以上（英語の会議で発言ができ、英文の契約書を読めるレベル）
・日本語ネイティブレベル
・購買・調達システムERP を使用した業務経験
・ベンダー管理の経験
・MS Office アプリケーションに精通している方
・できれば Microsoft-Navision の経験（歓迎）
・購買/サプライチェーン管理の学位または同等の資格（歓迎）
