Senior Associate, Investment & Fund Finance シニアアソシエイト、投資・ファンドファイナンス | (Hybrid, Flextime)

Key Responsibilities:


- Support full investment lifecycle from fund formation to asset operations
- Prepare financial reports for investment funds
- Coordinate with global teams and external advisors
- Manage fund operations and capital deployment


Qualifications:


- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
- Experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or fund operations
- Knowledge of JGAAP and/or IFRS
- Experience with SPCs, funds, TMKs, or investment structures
- 5+ years of experience in investment or fund finance
- Experience in real estate, private equity, or infrastructure funds is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with structured finance within financial institutions is preferred but not mandatory
